1. Acceptance
These Terms of Use refer only to The Film & Video Distribution Database website site located at www.fv-distribution-database.ac.uk ("the Site") and not to any other websites operated or hosted by University of Sunderland/Central St Martins. By using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Use from time to time without notice to you and you agree to be bound by any such changes in your subsequent use of the Site. The agreement between you and The Film & Video Distribution Database formed on the basis of these Terms of Use (the "Agreement") shall terminate immediately if you breach these Terms of Use. The Film & Video Distribution Database reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time. English law shall apply to these terms, notwithstanding the jurisdiction where you are based. You irrevocably agree that the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute which may arise out of, under, or in connection with these terms, except that The Film & Video Distribution Database may bring proceedings for an injunction in any jurisdiction, and for those purposes irrevocably submit all disputes to the jurisdiction of the English courts. The place of performance shall be England.
